Princess Medical Centre The practice have used Trustclean services for nearly a year. We had our own cleaners but not the time to manage them. The Tupe transfer was very smooth and easy as we were a little worried about this at the time but it was easy Good Points of Trustclean : Excellent Service, good communication, efficient, nothing too much trouble, pleasure to work with, regular audits. The decision to transfer from the local authority who had provided the service for a significant time period was huge. We took up a contract with Trustclean from December 2012 and have never regretted doing so.

Trustclean listened to what we wanted and gave us their recommendations. Joint working was established right from day one.

Our cleaners at the time were then employed by Trustclean who mirrored terms and conditions of which we had previously set.

Standards of cleaning were soon raised through regular monitoring and education from Trustclean. Monthly audits were undertaken and actions put into place immediately.

Although there was a turnover in Supervisors Trustclean managed to keep me informed at each stage and adhered to our practice policies in terms of confidentiality etc.

With the introduction of CQC my asks became greater, from a strict colour coding to cleaning schedules per room for which Trustclean took on board and implemented.

No ask was too large and no corners were left un-turned when it came to our CQC Inspection. Trustclean fetched in additional staff to ensure a deep clean was undertaken and the outcome was amazing.
